→My illustrations explore imaginary spaces where we live, showing that they are more than walls and rooms — they are filled with meanings, memories, and emotions. These spaces become receptacles of nostalgia, joy, and even fear, capturing the intimate connection between people and their surroundings.

Series II
In my work, inanimate objects are more than just items — they carry meaning and a subtle spirit. Inspired by Japanese beliefs that even everyday objects possess a soul, my illustrations explore the importance of the objects around us, especially in today's fast-paced, throwaway culture.

Series III

Handmade textile work
My embroidered illustrations are entirely handmade works, created through a slow and intentional artisanal process. Each image is conceived specifically for embroidery, designed from the outset to exist through thread, color, warp, and weft. Rather than translating pre-existing drawings, I develop original images that emerge directly from the logic and possibilities of textile techniques. Color is central to my practice. Through carefully constructed stitches and layered threads, I build images that explore rhythm, texture, and materiality, allowing illustration to take shape through embroidery and craftsmanship.

04 — About
Who I am, what I do and where I go.
I am a multi-disciplinary artist, designer, and illustrator passionate about creating beautiful, ethical, and sustainable products. I hold a degree in Fashion Design from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, complemented by advanced studies at NABA (Milan) and Central Saint Martins (London), where I honed both my design skills and craftsmanship expertise.
My international experience collaborating with renowned fashion brands has given me a deep understanding of the industry's creative and operational challenges. In recent years, I have focused on the social and environmental impacts of fashion, striving to promote responsible production and sustainable luxury.
This commitment led me to found Studio Artero in 2016, a luxury knitwear brand dedicated to ethical fashion, artisanal craftsmanship, and high-quality materials.
During the pandemic, I embraced a period of creative exploration, rediscovering my passion for illustration. My work emphasizes color, texture, and visual storytelling, reflecting my belief that we form emotional connections with everyday objects.
